Error on two of my repositories

I am getting this message on two of my repositories when I click on the repository from the Dashboard screen.

Interestingly, (or not) they, happen to be the first and last repositories in the alphabetic display.

   Jim,

   My apologies for the trouble. Both repositories were having an issue with the URL encoding. In the first one, there was a directory name with a comma in it and the last one had a file with a tilde in it.

   I've added those characters to be allowed unencoded and going to take a look at the URL generation to ensure other characters are properly escaped. Those errors should have also triggered an alert but weren't.
